This spacious apartment is nestled in a quiet, charming neighbourhood, just a 15-minute stroll from the train/bus terminal. With double-height ceilings and a delightful separate second floor featuring cosy sofas and a small outdoor terrace (though regrettably, we didn't utilize it), the apartment offers a comfortable retreat._x000D_ _x000D_ At the rear, two standard-sized bedrooms provide ample storage for clothing, while a spare room with a sofa bed near the entrance is available (although it requires a request for setup, which we made but unfortunately didn't materialize)._x000D_ _x000D_ The apartment boasts modern amenities and cleanliness, including a washing machine and dishwasher. However, we noticed the absence of washing-up sponge, cloth, and oven gloves. Despite the presence of AC, we struggled to operate it due to the lack of instructions, eventually abandoning the attempt. Nevertheless, we would gladly return for another stay._x000D_ _x000D_ Overall, our stay was enjoyable, and we would recommend it. However, there were a few issues:_x000D_ _x000D_ * Accessing the property was challenging initially. We had to maneuver the key up and down and then twist to open the front gate. At times we inserted the key into the inside gate lock to gain entry._x000D_ _x000D_ * The front door of the apartment also posed some difficulties. It took us several attempts before we could successfully enter the property._x000D_ _x000D_ * We encountered trouble with the AC; unable to figure out its operation, we eventually gave up._x000D_ _x000D_ * The drying maiden and ironing board were both broken._x000D_ _x000D_ * There was a lack of washing-up sponge, cloth, and oven glove._x000D_ _x000D_ * Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, frequently dropping out and requiring us to reconnect repeatedly, but the signal was strong once connected._x000D_ _x000D_ * Recycling a little confusing when you have to empty the bins, insufficient number of bags provided for us to separate the rubbish.
